부산대학교 외국인 유학생들 간 상호 문화교류 및 친목도모 기회 마련을 위해 추진하는 “우리는 하나 페스티벌(We are One Festival)”을 코로나19의 영향으로 2020년 온라인 프로그램으로 변경하여 아래와 같이 개최하오니 유학생 여러분의 많은 참여 바랍니다.

1. 행사명 : 2020 PNU 외국인 유학생 온라인 우리는 하나 페스티벌

2. 참여대상 : PNU 외국인 유학생 재학생(교환학생 및 언어연수원생 포함)

3. 세부 프로그램 : 문예전(수필, 사진), 한국노래 부르기, 한국어 말하기대회

4. 진행방식

- 한국어 말하기대회 결선 : 2020. 11. 12.(목)

- 시상식 : 2020. 11. 19.(목) 17:00

   ※ 상기 일정은 변경될 수 있음

6. 신청서류(첨부양식)

- 공통: 온라인 참가 지원서(1인 1부문), 개인정보 수집·이용 동의서

  - 사진부문: 작품설명서 1부

  - 말하기부문: 말하기 주제 설명서 1부

     ※ 제출시 이름_학번_작품명_연락처 기재 필수, 한글로 작성

9. 심사방법 : 접수 시 제출한 영상으로 심사

  - 수필 : 내용의 참신성(30), 완성도(30), 한글 표현력(20), 발전가능성(20)

  - 사진 : 작품성(30), 창의성(30), 주제적합성(30), 활용가능성(10)

  - 노래 : 가창력(30), 발음(30), 표현력(30), 무대매너(10)

  - 말하기 (1차 영상심사 후 선정된 6명에 한해 2차 말하기 퀴즈 진행)

     1차 : 내용의 다양성(20점), 유창성(20점), 정확성(10점), 발음(10점)

     2차 : 온라인 실시간 한국어퀴즈 9문제(30점) + 1문제(10점)

10. 수상자 발표 : 2020. 11. 16.(월) 대외교류본부 홈페이지

11. 시상내역(1~3등 시상)

  - 최우수상 : 총장 시상 및 상금 50만원(4명)

  - 우수상 : 총장 시상 및 상금 30만원(4명)

  - 장려상 : 대외교류본부장 시상 및 상금 20만원(4명)

  - 아차상 : 대외교류본부장 시상 및 상금 10만원(3명)

     ※ 각 부문별 1명(4개부문 X 3개상 =12명) 단, 참가자 전원에게 기념품 지급 예정

     ※ 심사결과 접수된 작품수준에 따라 시상내용은 조정될 수 있으며, 적합한 작품이 없을 경우 수상작을 선정하지 않을 수 있음.

13. 유의사항 :

  - 참가자는 각 부문 중 1부문에만 참여 가능하며 중복 지원은 불가함.

  - 제출한 원고, 사진 및 영상파일은 일체 반환하지 않음.

 

 

  - 수상작에 대한 저작권 등 일체의 권리는 부산대학교가 소유하며, 학교 홍보 등에 사용될 수 있음.

We are pleased to hold “우리는 하나 페스티벌(We are One Festival)” to provide opportunity for mutual cultural exchange and friendship among international students. Due to COVID-19, it will be changed to online program in 2020 as below. We look forward to see all the talented international students’ attendance.

  - Essay : Creativity of Content(30), Completeness(30), Expressiveness(20), Potential for development(20)

  - Photograph : Quality of work(30), Creativity(30), Appropriateness to Theme(30), Marketability(10)

  - Korean song singing : Singing ability(30), Pronunciation(30), Expressiveness(30), Stage manner(10)

  - Korean speaking : (After the first video screening, the second speaking quiz will be held only for the 6 selected students)

     1차 : Content diversity(20점), Fluency(20), Correctness(10), Pronunciation(10)

     2차 : Online real time quiz 9questions(30) + 1question(10)

11. Prizes(Award for 1st ~ 3rd  Prize)

  - 1st Prize : Award of PNU President and 500,000KRW (4 Students)

  - 2nd Prize : Award of PNU President and 300,000KRW (4 Students)

  - 3rd Prize : Award of Dean of PNU International and 200,000KRW (4 Students)

  - 4th Prize : Award of Dean of PNU International and 100,000KRW(3 Students)

     ※ 1person in each category(4categories X 3winners =12people). But all applicants will receive a souvenir

     ※ The award may be adjusted according to the level of work and if there are no suitable entries, judges may decline to appoint a winner.

  - Participant can participate only in one category and multiple application is not allowed.

  - Submitted essays, photograph and video file will not be returned.
