아세안문화원에서 운영하는 '한-아세안 차세대 네트워크(ASEAN-Korea Futurist/ AKF)' 사업의 5기 참가자 모집은 이번주 일요일인 7.4 자정까지입니다.

올해의 팀별/개별 미션 활동은 '아세안 디저트 트럭 운영', '아세안 국가 인스턴트 누들 시식 및 소개 영상 제작'으로 진행될 예정입니다.

 

주한 아세안 유학생과 한국 청년들 간 네트워크를 쌓고 문화교류 활동을 수행하는 청년 국제교류 프로그램이며, 부산/울산/경남 지역의 아세안 유학생 및 국내 대학(원)생을 대상으로 운영됩니다.

웹포스터, 공고문, 지원서 및 자기소개영상 업로드 매뉴얼을 보내드리오니 학생 게시판 및 유학생 커뮤니티  등에 한번 더 홍보해주시면 감사하겠습니다.

 

지원시에는 지원서, 자기소개영상(URL), 재학증명서를 akf@kf.or.kr로 보내주시면 됩니다.

자기소개영상에는 자기소개, 지원동기, 활동계획의 내용을 포함해서 1분 30초 이내의 영상을 직접 촬영하신 후에, 유튜브에 '일부공개(Unlisted)'로 업로드 한 후, 해당 URL을 지원서 내에 기입하여 주세요.

Call for 2021 ASEAN-Korea Futurist(AKF)

 

아세안문화원은 주한 아세안 유학생과 한국 청년들 간 네트워크를 구축하고 문화 교류의 기회를 제공하기 위해 ‘한-아세안 차세대 네트워크(ASEAN-Korea Futurist / AKF)’ 사업을 운영하고 있습니다.

한국, 아세안 및 문화교류에 관심과 열의가 있으며 다양한 능력을 갖춘 부산·울산·경남 지역의 아세안 유학생 및 국내 대학(원)생들의 많은 관심과 참여를 바랍니다. 

The ASEAN-Korea Futurist (AKF) is an international exchange program run by the ASEAN Culture House to foster cultural exchanges and networking between Korean and ASEAN students in Korea.

1. 모집기간: ~ 7.4(일)

2. 모집인원: 32명

Number of Participants: 32 people max.  

 

3. 지원 자격

ㅇ 아세안 및 공공외교에 관심 있는 부산·울산·경남지역 거주 국내 대학(원)생

ㅇ 부산·울산·경남지역에 거주하고 있는 아세안 출신 유학생(대학(원)생, 대학 소속 어학연수생 등)

ㅇ 발대식, 해단식 등 전 일정에 참여 가능하며 미션활동 수행에 적극적인 참여가 가능하신 분

Eligibility

ㅇASEAN undergraduate and graduate students residing in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongsangnam-do 

ㅇ Korean undergraduate and graduate students residing in Busn, Ulsan, and Gyeongsangnam-do who are intersted in ASEAN and public diplomacy

*Selected participants should attend all the AKF programs including the opening/closing ceremony, and actively participate in mission activities.

 

4. 제출서류

ㅇ 지원서: 아세안문화원(www.ach.or.kr) 및 한국국제교류재단(www.kf.or.kr) 홈페이지에서 다운로드

ㅇ 자기소개영상: ‘자기소개, 지원동기, AKF 활동계획’의 내용을 필수로 포함하여 영상 촬영 후, 유튜브에 ‘일부공개’로 업로드 한 URL을 지원서 내에 기입

ㅇ 증빙서류: 재학증명서 1부(필수), 가족관계증명서 1부(다문화가족 해당자에 한함)

*공지사항에 첨부된 ‘자기소개영상 업로드 매뉴얼’ 숙지 후 영상 업로드

*자기소개영상 분량은 1분 30초 이내이며, 필터 사용 등의 편집 일체 불가

Documents to be submitted

ㅇApplication form:  You can download it at the websites of the ACH(www.ach.or.kr) and the Korea Foundation(www.kf.or.kr)

ㅇSelf-introduction Video: Once you have recorded a video including your self-introduction, motivation for application and activity plan for AKF, please upload it onto your YouTube account as Unlisted, and copy & paste the URL link.

ㅇCertificate of school enrollment/registration: all applicants must submit when applying.

*Please carefully read the attached 'Manual' before uploading the self-introduction video.

*Any kind of editing is prohibited, including the use of filters or other post-production tools.

 

5. 지원방법: 지원서, 자기소개영상URL, 증빙서류를 AKF 메일(akf@kf.or.kr)로 제출

How to apply: Please sumbit the completed application form, a self-introduction video(URL), and a certificate of enrollment/ registeration at your univeristy to akf@kf.or.kr 

 

6. 추후 일정

ㅇ 최종발표: 7.14(수)

ㅇ 발대식: 7.24(토) 오후 2시 (상세 내용은 별도 안내 예정)

*발대식 불참 시 선발이 취소될 수 있습니다.

ㅇ 활동내용

  - 아세안문화원 및 AKF 사업 취지에 적합한 다양한 활동 진행(팀별/개별 미션 수행)

  - 아세안문화원 사업 참여 및 참가자 간 네트워킹

ㅇ 활동기간: 7월~12월

ㅇ 활동혜택

  - AKF 활동 의무 출석률 달성 시, 재단 이사장 명의의 수료증 발급

  - 우수활동팀, 우수활동자 포상

  - 활동복 및 기념품 지급, 공식 모임 관련 소정의 팀별활동비 지급

8. 유의사항

ㅇ 최종 선발 이후 발대식, 해단식 등 AKF 활동을 위한 행사에 필수 참석해야 함

ㅇ 제출한 서류에 대하여 허위 사실이 밝혀질 경우, 합격자 선정 취소

ㅇ 제출한 서류는 반환하지 않음

*가점 사실 확인을 위한 추가자료 요청 시 제출 필요

Please note that:

ㅇ Selected participants must attend all the AKF programs including the opening and closing ceremony.

ㅇ If false facts are found in the submitted documents, the selection of successful candidates will be cancelled.

ㅇ Submitted documents will not be returned.
