Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 (Object)
The purpose of this Agreement is to stipulate the rights, duties and responsibilities of the users and stipulate the conditions, procedures and other necessary matters in the use of all services (hereinafter referred to as "services") provided by the Pusan University Alumni Network website (hereinafter “Pusan University Alumni Network”).
Article 2 (Activity and Change of Terms)
(1) This Agreement shall be effective for all users who wish to use this service.
(2) The contents of this Agreement shall be posted on the service screen or disclosed to the members in other ways, and the member shall sign up for the service.
(3) Pusan University Alumni Network may change the terms and conditions, and the changed terms shall be disclosed to the users in the same way as in paragraph 2.
Article 3 (Provisions other than Terms and Conditions)
Matters not specified in this Agreement shall be governed by the provisions of the relevant statutes (Electronics and Telecommunications Act, Telecommunications Business Act).
Chapter 2 service use contract
Article 4 (Establishment of Contracts for Use)
(1) When asked about the service agreement, "Do you agree to the terms and conditions?", the member presses the "agree" button to accept the agreement.
Article 5 (Items in Application Form)
(1) In order to use the service, the following personal information shall be recorded, and an application shall be made to the homepage of Pusan University Alumni Network.

(2) All information provided on the application form is considered actual data. If the contents are found to be false, the use of this service may be suspended and we shall not be held liable for any disadvantages caused by this.
Article 6 (Acceptance, etc. of Application for Use)
(1) Pusan University Alumni Network accepts the use of this service when the Member faithfully fills out each item above and agrees to these Terms.
(2) Pusan University Alumni Network may withhold consent in the following cases.
- ① Facility is not available
- ② When a problem occurs that prevents the service from being processed.
- ③ When deemed necessary for Pusan University Alumni Network
- ④ In the case of obstacles to the use of services by existing members
(3) Pusan University Alumni Network may withdraw or decline consent in the following cases:
- ① In case of falsely describing the items mentioned in Article 5;
- ② At the time of application for use in other person's name
- ③ When there is a concern that it may impede the well-being of society or sound moral
- ④ When it is deemed that there is a risk of improper acting as another member
Article 7 (Change of Matters to Be Stated)
When the personal information stated in the application is changed, the member shall make a correction, and the member is responsible for the problem caused by the failure to make a correction.
Chapter 3 Service Use
Article 8 (Obligations of Pusan University Alumni Network)
(1) Pusan University Alumni Network Management: Pusan University Alumni Network does not disclose or distribute to third parties the personal information of members that it has learned while providing services. The exception is when it is deemed necessary for the request, investigation, or other public interest of a national agency that has undergone due process.
(2) Pusan University Alumni Network members are obliged to make efforts to use this service, and the member's information is also used to improve the service to the members.
Article 9 (Obligation to Manage Passwords, etc. of Members)
(1) The member shall be solely responsible for any damage caused by his / her ID and password exposure due to his / her administrative error.
(2) The member's right to use is limited to the member's individual, and when transferring or renting to a third party, Pusan University Alumni Network will delete the member's ID arbitrarily, and the member shall be solely responsible for the unauthorized transfer or rental.
Article 10 (Obligations of Members in General Services)
(1) Members shall not do the following when using this service.
- ① Unauthorized use of other people's e-mail
- ② The use of the information acquired during the use of this service for commercial purposes, or exposure to third parties without the permission of the person or the Pusan University Alumni Network, etc. for publishing or broadcasting. You should get it.
- ③ Postings that infringe on the rights or copyrights of third parties.
- ④ Interfere with the operation of the Pusan University Alumni Network's Site
- ⑤ Disseminate information, texts, pictures, etc. to others that violate public order or undermine the sound custom of society.
(2) Members shall cooperate sincerely with efforts to improve services for members of Pusan University Alumni Network.
Article 11 (Provision of Information, etc.)
(1) Pusan University Alumni Network can provide the member with a variety of information deemed necessary during the use of the service by e-mail, wired media, or correspondence.
(2) The provision of this information is to be provided 24 hours a day, unless otherwise provided by Pusan University Alumni Network. Information may be suspended without prior notice for any reason.
Article 12 (Copyright of Posted Material)
Each member's rights and responsibilities for the posted or archived materials belong to each member.
Article 13 (Deletion of Public Posts)
If the contents of a user's public posting correspond to any of the following, Pusan University Alumni Network may delete the public posting without prior notice to the user, and may limit, suspend or lose the user's membership.
(1) When the rights of others are violated, such as invasion of privacy or defamation
(2) Dissemination of information, sentences, figures, etc., that interfere with public order and morals
(3) If the content is deemed to be related to criminal activity
(4) In case of infringement of copyrights and other rights of third parties
(5) In case of information that does not conform to the nature of the service
(6) If it violates other related laws and regulations prescribed by Pusan National University
(7) If the posted content violates these terms or is commercial, illegal or unlawful
Chapter 4 Contract Termination, etc.
Article 14 (Termination and Restriction)
Pusan University Alumni Network may terminate the User Agreement without prior notice if the Member has done any of the following.
(1) When we do activity that is against morals and sound social order
(2) Posting illegal posts
(3) When false information is entered for your information
(4) A person who becomes a member by using the information of another person. (but in cases of a person who has been stolen, membership is possible by the judgment of an alumni of Pusan University Alumni Network.)
(5) interferes with the operation of this site by various illegal means;
(6) When the information obtained during the activities of the site is used commercially or without permission, the information is disclosed to the outside, and the third party is informed without the permission of the third party.
(7) In case of damage to other members or Pusan University Alumni Network
Chapter 5 Indemnity and Indemnity
Article 15 (Compensation for Damage)
(1) Except for the obvious damages caused by the deliberate intentional or gross negligence of the Pusan University Alumni Network, Pusan University Alumni Network shall not be liable to its members.
(2) If a member incurs damages to Busan International Alumni or a third party in violation of the provisions of this Agreement, the member who violates this Agreement shall be liable for damages incurred to Pusan University Alumni Network and third parties.
Article 16 (Indemnity)
(1) Pusan University Alumni Network is a member of the Pusan University Alumni Network System due to similar circumstances such as wartime events, disasters, natural disasters, interruption of the service provider's service, interruption of power supply from KEPCO, intrusion of hackers, and computer viruses. Inoperability Other Busan Overseas Alumni shall not be liable for any failure if Pusan University Alumni Network is unable to provide services without fault of Pusan University Alumni Network.
(2) Pusan University Alumni Network shall not be responsible for the contents of the information, data, facts and reliability posted by the member.
(3) Members use the service at their own risk, and Pusan University Alumni Network shall not be liable for any damages or any disadvantages caused by the selection or use of the materials provided in the service.
(4) Pusan University Alumni Network shall not bear any responsibility for the transaction of goods, etc. through the services of the members or between the members and the third parties, and have no obligation to engage in any disputes between them. There is no liability for compensation.
Article 17 Settlement of Disputes
(1) Pusan University Alumni Network and its members shall make every effort necessary to resolve the disputes related to the service smoothly.
(2) Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (1), if a lawsuit is filed between Pusan University Alumni Network and its members, the lawsuit shall be the court having jurisdiction over the location of Pusan City.
These Terms come into force on March 1, 2020.
