A Culinary Highlight from Our Summer Fest at Songjeong Sea Beach
As part of our unforgettable Summer Fest & Alumni Meetup, members of the Bangladesh Community of Pusan National University had the pleasure of experiencing one of Korea’s most beloved traditional dishes — Maeuntang (매운탕) — at a cozy local restaurant by Songjeong Beach.
After a full day of beach activities, nothing could have been more satisfying than gathering around a steaming pot of spicy Korean fish stew, enriched with fresh seafood, vegetables, tofu, and the signature kick of red chili paste. The bold, flavorful broth perfectly complemented the coastal breeze, creating a truly immersive cultural and culinary experience.
